In this week's Mountain View, Frank Slyde shares his thoughts on Parks Canada's decision to reduce the speed limit to 70 km/h for nine kilometres west of Lake Louise after a number of bears were hit on the road. Frank offers up some advice to the RCMP about the real problem on the Trans-Canada.
